The band were booked to headline the event at Knebworth this summer alongside Queen + Adam Lambert and Kiss, but the weekender was called off last month.
The band will now play London's HMV Hammersmith Apollo on July 8.
Tickets go on sale this Tuesday, April 24 at 9am.
Faith No More were formed in 1981 and Mike Patton joined as lead singer in 1988.
Their last studio album was 1997's Album of the Year before they split a year later. The band reformed in 2009 for a series of live shows.
