The former Spice Girls singer will perform at the London venue for one night only on November 6, with tickets made available for purchase earlier today.
Melanie C, who released her fifth album The Sea back in September, will be performing tracks from her five LPs at the show.
Melanie C has been on the road since last year in support of The Sea, kicking off her European tour in Germany.
During one of her shows, the singer played the guitar live for the first time.
Prior to grabbing her instrument, she told the audience: "The next song is about some f**ker you can't get away from."
