Bieber first tweeted the standard artwork, saying: "Here is the #BELIEVEalbumCover standard version..."
He later added: "and this is the DELUXE #BELIEVEalbumCover - #52DAYS - excited? expect the unexpected."
The standard version of the album features a black and white photograph, while the deluxe version is in colour.

Bieber was criticised earlier this week for his "charmless" behaviour during a press event.
Believe will be out on June 19.
