Red Hot Chili Peppers have paid tribute to Adam Yauch during a live concert.
The band performed cover versions of several Beastie Boys tracks at a gig in Newark last night (May 5) in honour of the musician, who died on Friday (May 4) at the age of 47.
The group played an instrumental version of 'So What'cha Want' before covering 'Gratitude' during their set.

Several Beastie Boys tracks were also played through the PA system before and after the gig, including 'Check Your Head' and '(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party)'.
Frontman Antony Kiedis told the crowd: "We lost a good man today. He left the world a lot of beauty. I hope you carry that flame. Adam was for real."
Adam Yauch's death has seen tributes from a host of people in the entertainment and music world, including Madonna and Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon.
Coldplay performed a tribute to Yauch during a concert in Los Angeles on Friday (May 4).
