Rita Ora scores debut solo No.1 with 'R.I.P.'

Rita Ora has scored her first solo number one single with her debut release 'R.I.P.'.

The track - featuring Tinie Tempah - is her second number one single this year after she provided the vocals for DJ Fresh's 'Hot Right Now'.

Ora sold just under 105,000 copies of the track to knock Tulisa Contostavlos fron the number one spot with 'Young', which falls to two.

Previous chart-topper Carly Rae Jepsen falls to three with 'Call Me Maybe', while Alex Clare climbs up to four with 'Too Close'. fun. complete the top five with 'We Are Young'.

Rihanna climbs 13 places to eight with her latest single 'Where Have You Been'.

Far East Movement achieve their third UK top 20 hit with Justin Bieber collaboration 'Live My Life', which lands at seven.

Matrix & Futurebound claim a new entry at 29 with 'All I Know', while Labrinth enters at 34 with 'Express Yourself'. Justin Bieber's 'Turn to You' climbs into the Top 40 for the first time at 39.

Emeli Sandé climbs up to 27 with 'My Kind of Love', after she performed on The Voice UK last week. The show's influence also sparks a rise of 27 places for Temper Trap's 'Sweet Disposition' at 26.

Train's resurgence continues with 'Hey, Soul Sister' climbing a further 13 places to 25, while current single 'Drive By' climbs to six. Jason Mraz re-enters the chart yet again with 'I'm Yours' at 40.
