The Sheffield band have been nominated in four categories, namely Best Album, Best Live Act, Best Track and Best New Act.
Other high scoring artists include Muse, who received three nominations, with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Razorlight, Kasabian, Snow Patrol, Gnarls Barkley and The Scissor Sisters all nominated for two awards.
The ceremony takes place at Grosvenor House Hotel in London next Monday, October 30.
