The singer revealed that he is already thinking about his next studio album, where he hopes to collaborate with the likes of Jamiroquai and Chaka Khan.
He told Digital Spy: "I'm thinking about the next album, and I'd love to tour. I'd love to do my own theatre tour and eventually an arena one, providing everything shines light on this and it all goes well.
"I've got so many ideas for the new album. I want to collaborate with Sam Sparro, Jamiroquai, Anastacia, Chaka Khan and Stooshe."
He added: "I really want to create my own original sound that stands out. There's plenty to come from me!"
Collins also said that he is "rooting" for his new single 'Mercy' to do well in the charts, adding: "I know it's a great track - it's my favourite from the album. It's my baby! I wrote it so it means a lot to me."
