Flesh and Blood marks the singer-songwriter's fourth studio LP. It is scheduled for release on August 14.

The record follows up 2010's Merchants and Thieves - which peaked at number 118 in the charts - and marks Thom's second release on her independent Guardian Angels Records label.
"All I ever want to do is write songs that connect with people," Thom said in a statement. "With this album I've finally found a place where I can make the very best music I can achieve.
"The people that only know me from 'Punk Rocker' won't recognise me on this album."
The 30-year-old has released a track from the record, 'Sun Comes Crashing Down', as a free download on her official website.
