The Scissor Sisters frontman explained that he is a "big fan" of the girl group and would collaborate with them "in a heartbeat" if asked.
"If I was asked, I would do it in a heartbeat. Yes please," he told the Daily Star.
"I'm a big fan of the girls.
"I wouldn't turn that down at all. I think we could come up with a great sound together."
Girls Aloud are set to reunite for their tenth anniversary later this year, with Cheryl Cole recently teasing that fans should expect a big announcement in the near future.
Scissor Sisters reached the UK top five yesterday (June 3) with their latest studio album Magic Hour.
Band member Babydaddy recently told Digital Spy that the band would like to collaborate with Cher in the future.
