The singer-songwriter follows her summer festival slots with four city concert hall shows.
On November 6, Sandé plays Glasgow Clyde Auditorium in support of Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy in Scotland.
A show at London's Royal Albert Hall on November 11 is in support of the Prince's Trust.
Sandé said: "I was extremely happy to accept the kind invitation to become an Ambassador for the Prince's Trust, having witnessed the wonderful work that they do first hand and having met some of those lucky enough to benefit from the support which they offer.
"As a former medical student, it's wonderful to see the therapeutic qualities and comfort that music brings, and that is seen nowhere better than in the wonderful work undertaken by the Nordoff-Robbins charity in Scotland who will be the beneficiaries from my Glasgow show."
She added: "I'm looking forward to contributing in some small way to highlighting the work that these two organisations do."
Tickets for the live shows go on sale this Friday, June 15 at 9am.
