Paul Weller opens at Electric Proms

Rock legend Paul Weller opened the BBC's Electric Proms last night, along with ex-Libertine Carl Barat and Hard Fi.
Weller played at the recently refurbished Roundhouse in Camden Town, London to kick off the week-long programme of concerts held in the area.
According to NME the star played for over two hours and was joined on stage by the likes of Amy Winehouse and Dirty Pretty Things singer Carl Barat.
The Magic Numbers supported earlier in the evening, previewing a number of songs from their forthcoming album Those The Brokes.
The Electric Proms will see acts such as The Who, Kasabian and the Klaxons perform over the next six days.
