Joe McElderry announces new album 'Here's What I Believe'

Joe McElderry has confirmed plans for a fourth studio album.

The singer will release his new record Here's What I Believe in the UK on September 17.

"I'm currently recording my fourth album - it's so exciting," McElderry told fans in a video clip filmed in the recording studio.

"I can't wait for you to hear all of the stuff. It's been going on since around January time, so it's been a long time coming for me."

He added: "I've really enjoyed being in the studio."

McElderry also revealed that fans can expect lots of new videos and online surprises over the coming months in the lead-up to the album's release.

Here's What I Believe follows McElderry's 2010 debut album Wide Awake, as well as 2011's Classic and Classic Christmas.
