The singer will release 'Curtain Call' on August 12 as the second cut to be lifted from his debut album Misty Eye.
The star has worked with producer/engineer Jarrad Rogers (Lana Del Rey, Tinchy Stryder) on his new collection, which will feature a cover of Sia's 'Breathe Me'.
Talking about the theme of the album, Grimshaw said: "It's that life is worth living, but love is worth everything."
Grimshaw's debut album Misty Eye will be released through RCA Records in the UK on August 20.
The former X Factor star will then embark on his first headline tour of the UK in September.
'Curtain Call' is expected to receive its official premiere within the coming weeks.
