Axl Rose suffered a fall while performing at French festival Hellfest on Saturday (June 16).
The Guns N' Roses frontman was walking up some stairs while just about to sing the opening line of 'Sweet Child o' Mine' when he fell over face first.
However, he managed to get up in time to start singing the track, while his bandmates played on.
Watch a video of the incident below (25 seconds in):
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Rose had three gold and diamond necklaces stolen at a private party after his band's Paris Bercy Stadium gig, but they were later returned.
Guns N' Roses reportedly banned UK fans from wearing T-shirts featuring ex-member Slash at their concerts.
