Ozzy Osbourne cancelled a Black Sabbath concert in Mannheim, Germany yesterday (June 20), blaming a medical condition.

The 'War Pigs' singer backed out of the show just minutes before he was to appear on stage, TMZ reports.

Black Sabbath were due to perform after the band Black Label Society, but as their set was to begin a concert officials announced that Osbourne was unable to perform due to "vocal concerns".

Disappointed fans have been asked to check the SAP Arena's website to see if the band plan to reschedule or issue refunds.

A rep for the rocker says that despite his voice issues, Osbourne is in perfect health.

The 63-year-old's son Jack Osbourne was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis earlier this month.

He recently appeared on mother Sharon's chatshow The Talk to discuss his "unpredictable" disease.
