In an interview with USA Today, the 'Boyfriend' singer detailed the elaborate recording process he undertook for Believe.
"I took nearly eight months to record this album, now it's back to the grind, which I enjoy. I'm maturing, and so is my music," he explained.
Bieber also noted that he is looking forward to an enduring career as a viable and influential artist.
"Once you're on top, people wonder when you'll fall. I have to keep working hard," he said.
The star was caught on camera this week blasting fans for "not being respectful" to him as he waited at an airport for girlfriend Selena Gomez.
