The DJs will perform live in Britain for one last time at their Milton Keynes Bowl headline show on July 14, following the announcement of their split over the weekend.
The three producers - Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso - will continue to make music together, but will not perform in the UK again.
"Today we want to share with you, that the tour we are about to go on will be our last," Swedish House Mafia announced.
"We want to thank every single one of you that came with us on this journey. We came, we raved, we loved."
The Milton Keynes Bowl gig will be the largest DJ headline show in the world with over 60,000 fans expected to attend.
The nine-hour show will include sets from Example, Calvin Harris, Pete Tong, Madeon and Alesso.
