Westlife hit top spot with 'The Rose'

Westlife have shot in at number one on the UK singles chart with 'The Rose'.
The only other new entry in this week's chart came from Madonna, who entered at number nine with 'Jump'. The Sugababes' single 'Easy', on the other hand, rose from number thirty to number eight, whilst Fedde Le Grand's 'Put Your Hands Up For Detroit' dropped to number four.
Jamiroquai topped the album chart with High Times - Singles 1992-2006, whilst Simon Cowell's band Angelis got to number two. Other new entries came from Damien Rice at four, Katherine Jenkins' Serenade at five and McFly's new album Motion In The Ocean.
