The star performed a headline set in Hyde Park in front of thousands of fans, which included A-list admirers Kylie Minogue, Stella McCartney and George Michael.
Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and U2's Adam Clayton were also in attendance. Madonna's ex-husband Guy Ritchie is rumoured to have been present at the sold-out gig too.
The 53-year-old wore a collection of revealing outfits through the high-energy set, which included action-packed skits and Madonna shooting guns.
The singer managed to avoid having her microphone cut off by finishing two minutes before Hyde Park's strict 10.30pm curfew, after Bruce Springsteen was muted on stage on Saturday night (July 14).
Madonna will now take her MDNA world tour to Birmingham's NIA on Thursday (July 19) and Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium on Saturday (July 21).
