The X Factor contestant suggested to Sam Walker and Lorna Bancroft on Real Radio North West Breakfast that the five-piece were better than the sum of their parts.
"I think it's a good thing," she said. "Cheryl [Cole] did a great job on her own, but for me, Girls Aloud; they're amazing."
On rumours of a Spice Girls comeback at the Olympics, Misha B said: "I am one of the biggest Spice Girls fans.
"Back home in Manchester I still have my Spice Girls clock up on my bedroom wall."
She added that Emma 'Baby Spice' Bunton was her "favourite, favourite, favourite" in the group.
Misha B also said that she would love to see Destiny's Child reform, adding: "That would be epic."
The X Factor singer was recently confirmed as the special guest on Nicki Minaj's upcoming UK tour.
