The band, whose lead singer Alex Trimble performed at the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony, will play four shows in September.
Two Door Cinema Club will play shows in Birmingham, Manchester, London and Dublin.
The tour is in support of their second album Beacon, which is due to be released on September 3.
"Beacon is a much more intimate record than our first, but at the same time, it's much bigger and more inclusive," Trimble said of the band's new record.
"Trying to find that balance has been our goal for a long time and this record takes us one step closer to the band we've dreamt of becoming."
