The 'Many of Horror' band have also confirmed that their sixth studio album will be called Opposites.
Speaking of the track, Simon Neil of the group told Zane Lowe: "It was one of the first songs that really clicked when we were recording it. It represents the record. It shows how over-the-top the record is.
"It might be our last really over-the-top record. We're still keeping things musical, still being as weird as we've always been."
Biffy Clyro originally planned a double LP called The Land at the End of Our Toes and The Sand at the Core of Our Bones.
They debuted new material at Download 2012 and will perform at the iTunes festival in September.
