The xx have performed a brand new track at a show in Los Angeles.
The band unveiled 'Swept Away', taken from their upcoming album Coexist, on July 23.
Their new album will be released on September 10 and is trailed by lead single 'Angels', which is available now.
They began work on Coexist back in November 2011 with Jamie xx, aka Jamie Smith, in charge of production for the project.
Speaking of their new material, singer Romy Madley Croft said: "A lot of it is still personal, but I've been a bit more inspired by things that have happened to other people and putting myself in their shoes. But they're all love songs and some of them are sadder than others."
They will play two UK shows in September in support of the new record.
