Harris will release his new album in October and is currently working with the likes of Ellie Goulding and Florence + the Machine.
Usher, Pink, One Direction, Emeli Sandé, Plan B, JLS and Jessie J are among the other artists scheduled to perform at the free festival.
Fans can apply for tickets for any of the shows over on the iTunes Festival website.
Harris and Example are currently battling for this week's number one spot with 'We'll Be Coming Back'. Wiley's 'Heatwave' was just 2,500 copies ahead of the pair in the midweek chart update.
