The band start their jaunt in Bristol on October 16 and finish in Glasgow on October 27.
"We're so excited to be out on the road again," singer/pianist Roy Stride said.
"Firstly, as this is our first tour for 18 months we've got loads of new tracks to play, plus a couple of cheeky surprises plus all the hits we know you want to hear!
"Secondly, we'll be playing some of our favourite venues of all time, and after a summer of festivals and arenas it's going to be great to get to play some intimate venues. We really can't wait."
Tickets go on sale this Friday, August 17, and are priced at £20 (£25 for London).
Scouting for Girls release third studio album The Light Between Us on September 3. It is preceded by single 'Summertime in the City' on August 26.
