The band will perform a headline set at The Forum in Kentish Town on September 10 in support of their upcoming album Battle Born.
The Killers announced the gig on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show last night (August 14) and revealed that the set will be broadcast live on the station.
Fans can register for tickets by entering a ballot between August 28 and September 1 through BBC Radio 1's official homepage.
The Killers will release 'Runaways' as their new single on September 9, while Battle Born will follow on September 17.
