The singer and producer admitted that the pair have maintained a "close" relationship and have recorded a new track together.
He told Ibiza Live TV: ''I was in the studio with Tinie the other day and we've kept close in terms of connection. We're going to work on some stuff.''
The star, who has previously worked with Plan B, Ms Dynamite and Professor Green, also teased that he is producing music for "loads of writers", adding: "I'm working on tracks for everyone at the moment".
Labrinth and Tempah first paired up for their number one hit 'Pass Out' in 2010 before recording 'Earthquake' a year later.
Earlier this month, the star unveiled the music video for his new single 'Treatment', the fifth cut from his debut album Electronic Earth.
