Chapman Square, which features singles 'When She Was Mine' and 'Taking Over Me', will be released on October 22.
"Chapman Square is a very important place for us," Andy Brown explained. "It may sound strange to you guys, but it's basically where we first met as a band, first did our rehearsals, first did our writing sessions together.
"It was also where I used to live in a very important relationship which is outlined on the album and some of our previous singles, so it's a very important place."
Chapman Square is available to pre-order now.
Lawson will play a headline show in each of their home cities as part of their 'Home Town' tour this autumn.
