Arcade Fire have released the rights to one of their songs for charity.
The band has worked with Bono in trying to find solutions to raising money for his AIDS charity, Project Red.
For their part, they decided to donate their summer hit 'Rebellion (Lies)' to the cause, and any future revenue it generates.
Frontman Win Butler commented: "Having talked to all the people in charge of running the Red campaign and learning about how the whole thing works financially, I am convinced that something of this nature is the only way to get Americans to give large amounts of money to directly fight AIDS in Africa in a sustainable way."
