Weekend tickets will be priced at £205, plus £5 booking fee and £6 postage and packaging per order.
Entrance for children aged 12 and under remains free.
"The ticket price covers entry to the Festival site from Wednesday 26th June until Monday 1st July 2013 and, as ever, includes a free programme," a post on the official festival website confirmed.
"Once again, the Festival will be raising funds for Oxfam, WaterAid, Greenpeace and a host of local charities and causes (in 2011, more than £2m was raised)."
Festival-goers must book a ticket by paying a £50 deposit per person when sales start on October 7.
Full payments cannot be made in October, but the booking site will reopen on April 2, 2013 in the UK and February 25, 2013 for international buyers.
People will have one week to pay the balance of their ticket, and also book tipis, camper van tickets, car parking, coach and train travel and other options.
All ticket buyers must be registered with a photo, via the Glastonbury Registration website, by September 30.
The registration site will be closed from September 30 until October 7.
