Oui, Oui, Si, Si, Ja, Ja, Da, Da marks the band's tenth studio record. It will be released on October 29.
The artwork - which appears below - was designed by legendary pop artist Sir Peter Blake, who recently designed this year's Brit Award statue.
The album will be preceded by the single 'My Girl 2', which is available to download from October 22.
The group have teamed up with a number of new producers for the LP, which follows up their 2009 top five album The Liberty Of Norton Folgate.
Madness have been involved in a number of high profile events this year, performing on the roof of Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and singing at the London 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony.
The band have since been confirmed for the iTunes Festival on September 27 before embarking on their UK arena tour in December, which culminates in a show at London's O2 Arena.
