The group, who were put together on the 2011 series of The X Factor and went on to win the show, recently gained their second number one single with 'Wings'.
DNA, which is also expected to include their debut number one, a cover of Damien Rice's 'Cannonball', as well as forthcoming single 'DNA', is scheduled for a November release.
The girl band announced that they will embark on a nationwide tour in support of the album next January. They released a joint autobiography, Little Mix: Our Story So Far through HarperCollins today (September 16).
