Lawson tease new single 'Standing In The Dark' music video - watch

Lawson have released a teaser for their new music video.

The band will release 'Standing In The Dark' on October 14 as the third single from their debut album Chapman Square.



The clip sees the four-piece standing in a dark room performing the track as water pours from the ceiling. The full video is due to premiere on September 24.

"'Standing in the Dark' has been our favourite song to perform live for such a long time," Ryan Fletcher previously said.

"Andy (Brown) and I wrote it whilst staying in a mate's flat which was overlooking the O2 Arena a couple of years ago and getting the chance to perform it earlier this year at the arena itself was a definite highlight for us as a band."

He added: "It's without doubt the song we're most excited about releasing to date."

Lawson's first studio album Chapman Square will follow on October 22.
