The track is the latest to be taken from the band's upcoming fourth studio album Diseases of England.
It follows last week's release of lead track 'Class'.
Full details of the release of Diseases of England have also been confirmed, with the album being released in three parts each featuring four songs.
"Part II (featuring 'I Used to Sing', 'Class' and two more tracks) is finished and ready to be sent to the manufacturers," the band explained.
"Parts I and III will be recorded in two separate sessions in the upcoming months. In order to fund the completion of the project, we are now offering you the chance to pre-order and help us put everything together."
Fans can order a variety of packages featuring digital copies, CDs, live tracks, lyric books, children's books, live performances, fudge, special edition magazines, posters and more.
Editions include 'The Scott Tenorman's Parents Memorial Edition' for £200, which features all of the add-ons of the £90 special edition, plus the band's promise to "go up to any kid you nominate and tell him that he's the uncoolest kid we've ever seen".
An 'Official Corporate Sponsorship' is priced at £10,000, while the 'Financial Submissives' Not-Special Edition' is £1,000.
"For £1,000 we will say 'hi honey' to you ONCE on Twitter," Julia and Simon Indelicate said.
"You will get NOTHING ELSE, because you don't DESERVE it you maggot. Say 'yes mistress'… That's right. We might send you the CDs and box as well if you're very very good."
