The singer will release Warrior as her second studio album in the UK on December 3 and a day later in the US.
"I am so excited to finally share Warrior with all of my amazing animals," Ke$ha said. "I've been working for a year on this new record and have collaborated with some of my idols.
"This process has been long and intense and I couldn't be more stoked to share this music. I hope with Warrior my fans get to know me in a much more raw and vulnerable way."
The collection will be preceded by lead single 'Die Young', which is released in the US on September 25 and the UK on November 18.
The track was co-written by Ke$ha, Nate Ruess from fun., Dr. Luke, Benny Blanco and Cirkut.
There will be a 12-track standard version of the album and a 16-track deluxe edition. An exclusive version will also be sold at www.keshasparty.com and will include a special bonus five-song acoustic EP.
The star confirmed the news on her official Twitter page after teasing fans with video previews and Instagram pictures over the past week.
Warrior will serve as the follow-up to 2010's Animal and its subsequent repackaged edition Cannibal.
Earlier this year, Ke$ha admitted that she has used fewer studio tricks on her new material, but still wants it to work on radio.
