Blake will perform at Bristol's Thekla on December 3, London's Conway Hall on December 4 and Gorilla in Manchester on December 6.
He will be performing songs from his Mercury Prize-nominated eponymous debut album, which peaked at number nine on the UK chart last February and sold 500,000 copies worldwide.
The star's latest production efforts on Trimbal's 'Confidence Boost' and 'Saying' precede the shows and are available to download from today (September 24).
