The band split in 2005, before Coleen, Bernie, Linda and Maureen reunited in 2009 for the 30th anniversary of their biggest track 'I'm In the Mood for Dancing'.
They revealed that their final tour was inspired by Bernie's breast cancer diagnosis in 2010.
"When someone you love goes through that all your priorities change and it makes you feel, 'Life's too short'," Coleen told The Mirror.
"The 2009 tour was so brilliant we hoped we could do it again. But this made us go, 'S**t - let's just do it'. We couldn't miss our last chance to sing together again.
"I can't put into words how excited we are about our farewell tour. But every night will be tinged with sadness knowing we're getting nearer the end... the very last time we'll perform. Just thinking about it now I get choked up with emotion and I know all the girls feel the same."
Linda added: "After Bernie's cancer battle, our bereavements and individual problems, that unity and strength feels even more powerful.
"There are hundreds of women out there just like us and they come to see us because we know, like they do, that life goes on."
Tickets for the 'One Last Time' tour will go on sale on Friday, September 28.
The tour will kick off in Nottingham on February 15, 2013.
