Discussing the track, he said: "I feel 'Pop Off' is an electrifying futuristic grime/hiphop floor filler with a boisterous chorus that's sure to catch your attention."
'Pop Off' - which is out on October 22 - will also feature on his upcoming free EP, which is released the same day.
The song follows the success of buzz track 'I Wanna Rock' and his Adidas Originals performance for the Olympics and has already received support from Kiss, Rinse FM and Radio 1's Zane Lowe and Charlie Sloth.
20-year-old Maxsta broke through on the grime scene in 2010 with 'East London Is Back' and mixtape 'The Maxtape'.
