The track is apparently an "ominous, dramatic ballad" that contains "lots of gorgeous horn flourishes", reports Showbiz 411.

Lyrics in the chorus allegedly include: "Let the sky fall/ Let it crumble/ We will stand tall/And face it all/ together."

Further lines go: "This is the end/ Hold your breath and count to ten/ Feel the Earth move and then/ Hear my heart burst again."

It has not yet been confirmed how the track will be packaged, as Adele currently has no plans to re-issue an updated edition of her multi-million-selling album 21.

The latest James Bond instalment Skyfall - which stars Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes and Judi Dench - will be in cinemas from October 26.
