Led Zeppelin announce 'Celebration Day' concert film premieres

Led Zeppelin have announced plans for four premieres of their latest concert film Celebration Day.

The film - which documents the band's 2007 concert at London's O2 Arena - will make its world debut at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York on October 9.



Founding members John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant will be joined by Jason Bonham, the son of their late drummer John Bonham, for a press conference at New York's Museum of Modern Art before the premiere.

Jones, Plant and Page will then attend the UK premiere at London's Hammersmith Apollo on October 12. A number of tickets for the event will be available for fans for £20.

Celebration Day will then move on to Berlin on October 15 and Tokyo on October 16.

The film will then see a worldwide theatrical release by Omniverse Vision on 1,500 screens in over 40 territories on October 17.

DVD, Blu-ray, CD and vinyl editions of the concert will be released on November 19.
