The bands will perform headline gigs in November in support of Mencap, with the gigs curated by Radio 2 DJ and ambassador Jo Whiley.
Richard Hawley will play the St John-at-Hackney Church on November 21 with support from First Aid Kit and King Charles.
The Maccabees will present their latest album Given To The Wild on November 23 with support from Jamie N Commons and a very special guest.
Noah and the Whale will play on November 24 with support from special guests Villagers, Lucy Rose and Daughter.
"I'm so excited to be hosting Mencap's Little Noise Sessions for the seventh year running," said Whiley.
"What's more, we're back at St John-at-Hackney Church, which inspired a truly electric atmosphere for fans and artists alike last year – there really is nothing more extraordinary than seeing big artists perform in such an intimate and beautiful venue.
"We have a week of incredible shows lined up, all in aid of Mencap and supporting people with a learning disability. I'll see you there!"
Three further acts have yet to be announced for shows on November 20, 22 and 25.
Pre-sale tickets for the Mencap Little Noise Sessions go on sale from October 5 to people who have signed up to the backstage area.
They will then go on general sale from October 8.
Coldplay's Chris Martin, Emeli Sandé and Ben Howard were among last year's performers.
