Lionel Richie has revealed that he wants to release an album of Christmas songs every year.

The singer has got into the Christmas spirit for the first time ever this year by releasing a festive album, and he enjoyed the experience so much that he plans to make it a tradition.

"I've never recorded a Christmas album, which is ridiculous," he explained. "I had so much fun making this that I now plan to release an album every Christmas - there will be my country Christmas album and my rock Christmas album..."
