Blur to reunite for new album in 2007?

Blur are planning to reunite in the New Year and record a new album, according to a report today.
The boys started planning the reunion after guitarist Graham Coxon, who quit the group in 2002, agreed to return. Although the band never officially split, they have not released any new material since 2003.
A source told The Sun: "Graham left Blur under a hazy cloud. He was worried that returning to the studio with the lads would be like moving backwards. Graham is over getting smashed every night and he didn’t want to go back to an environment where he will be tempted.
"But he has finally realised Blur have grown up and have families now. They are a totally different band to the one in the Nineties.
"As soon as Damon has finished his tour with The Good The Bad And The Queen in February they are planning to go into the studio. It will be one step at a time. It may not be a long-term project - it will probably be one last final Blur album to bring closure to the band. Just how it should have been."
