Example has premiered the music video for his new single.
The singer will release 'Close Enemies' on November 11 as the second cut to be lifted from his forthcoming new album The Evolution of Man.
The clip sees Example in a maze of underground corridors, while an evil clown bursts through a room towards him and a female friend.
The star - real name Elliott Gleave - recently admitted to Digital Spy that he doesn't know what 'Close Enemies' is about.
"I don't know what it's about because I originally didn't write it for me," he explained.
"I was in a writing session about six months ago and I wrote 'Chasing The Sun' on the Monday - I didn't realise it would be for The Wanted at that time - and 'Close Enemies' on the Tuesday. I didn't know who it was going to be for.
"I was just writing big pop songs for whoever. I liked it so much, I just tweaked the lyrics to make it suit me, but originally I imagined it suiting someone like Rihanna."
Example's new album The Evolution of Man will follow in the UK on November 19.
