Klaxons have revealed that they are looking to change their musical direction - possibly swapping rock for hip-hop or R&B.
The band are currently planning the recording of their second album, and are keen to explore new genres and work with new producers.
Frontman James Righton explained to MTV: "I think it's exciting that white boys can work with big R&B producers. We would very much like to make an R&B record. If we could afford it."
He added that they would love to work with either Dr Dre or Snoop Dogg on the new record, although they admitted the rappers' record labels may not allow the collaborations to happen.
