The singers are currently working on the set list for the tour before rehearsals start in April, and the girls are keen to pay tribute to their pop predecessors.
A source told the Daily Star: "Girls Aloud will sing several of the Spice Girls' biggest hits when they go on tour in May. There will be a section of the show where they do a medley of other people's tracks. For this tour they'll do a number of the Spice's most well-known tunes.
"They'll sing Wannabe, Spice Up Your Life, Stop and maybe one of their ballads."
