Kylie enlists Calvin Harris for album

Kylie Minogue has enlisted Scottish DJ Calvin Harris to work with her on her new album.

Harris used to be a shelf stacker in Dumfries before his MySpace page catapulted him into the spotlight.

A spokesperson for Minogue told Gigwise, "She has been working on some tracks with Calvin. Kylie heard stuff he'd done and liked it. Things are going well."

Calvin Harris had apparently almost given up on the idea of a music career, before being signed to Sony BMG.

Now his forthcoming single is already a huge club hit and he is due to support Faithless on their next UK tour.
