The 'Tattoos on this Town' singer announced at a press conference on Thursday (October 18) that he will be the first-ever country music star to headline the historic Boston venue.
Aldean's performance will be held on July 13, 2013 and is to serve as the kick off for his 'Night Train' 2013 stadium tour.
His support acts for the Fenway Park concert will be Jake Owen, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett.
Aldean told the press of the special show: "Being the first country music artist to ever come here and headline a show is amazing.
"It's going to be a fun night. Over the last several years, my career, especially the touring side of that, has been pretty amazing. It's been growing. So thank you guys for having us. I can't wait for July 13."
The Fenway Park press conference came just weeks after Aldean made headlines for controversy in his personal life.
The married singer was photographed embracing former American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr at a Sunset Strip nightclub.
He has since apologised for his behaviour and expressed a desire to move forward with his life.
