Lady GaGa blasts Die Antwoord music video

By
Lady GaGa has taken aim at South African rap group 'Die Antwoord' after the release of their recent video depicting her being attacked.

In a promo for the group's 'Fatty Boom Boom' music video, a man dressed in a replica of GaGa's meat dress is attacked by rebels and mauled by a lion.

GaGa sent a message via her Twitter account addressing the video, writing: "i fink u freaky but you don't have a hit. hundred thousand tickets sold in SA. #thatsmys**t… i guess its not a good idea to tell someone you're a fan. never mind! we get it, you're not a little monster."

Die Antwoord, which consists of members Ninja and Yolandi Vi$$er, responded to GaGa's tweet with: "lady… even tho (though) u r 'larger' than us… we still cooler than u… plus we don't have prawns in our private."

The group has given little explanation as to why they have targeted the 'Born this Way' singer in their video.

GaGa was recently rumoured to be gearing up for the launch of her own water brand.
