The group revealed that their upcoming record will sound as diverse as their first album One Touch, which was released 11 years ago.
Keisha Buchanan told BBC Newsbeat: "The first album that we did together... it was almost cut so short."
Siobhan Donaghy added: "I think it's eclectic. I think the first album was really eclectic and it sounds similar in that sense but it's a modern version of that and we have lots of very different influences.
"It's about finding a nice blend of that. At the moment it's sounding really special."
The group recently insisted that they will release new music by the end of 2012.
